Listing Made Simple uses AI to generate marketplace listing content — titles, descriptions, and tags — based on the item details or photos you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity associated with your access.
The Service operates on prepaid credits. You purchase credit bundles through Stripe, and each listing generation uses credits as described at checkout. Credits are non-transferable. Prices and credit amounts are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our site.
You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to violate any marketplace's rules; to abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service; or to resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
Listings are generated by AI and provided as drafts for your review. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, compliant with any marketplace's policies, or that it will result in sales. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before publishing it, and for ensuring it is truthful and complies with the rules of the marketplace where you list.
You retain ownership of the item information you submit and the listings you generate. You are solely responsible for the listings you publish.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any marketplace you sell on. Listing Made Simple is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vinted, or any other marketplace. All marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
